Medical Director

About the role

We are seeking an experienced physician to join our global MedTech company as Medical Director. The role will drive the medical strategy for worldwide clinical programs, ensuring robust trial design, patient safety, and data‑driven decision making.

Key responsibilities

• Provide medical leadership for clinical studies and oversee patient safety across all trials.
• Lead the design of clinical trials and review of key clinical documents.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including Clinical, Pharmacovigilance, and Data Management.
• Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders, investigators, and regulatory authorities.
• Represent the company at regulatory meetings, scientific forums, and international congresses.

Required profile

• MD degree (Medical Doctor) with at least 3 years of experience as a Medical Director or in a clinical development leadership role.
• Proven experience in clinical trial design and execution.
• Strong understanding of global regulatory requirements (FDA, EMA).
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Ability to lead cross‑functional teams and engage with KOLs and investigators.
