Medical Advisor – Field Responsibilities

About the role

The Medical Advisor with field responsibilities will act as a trusted scientific partner for internal teams and the external medical community, delivering balanced medical information to support optimal patient care and treatment outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Provide in‑depth clinical and scientific information on Allergan Aesthetics products to internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of product portfolio, therapeutic areas, emerging indications and future developments.
• Develop and manage collaborative relationships with national and local opinion leaders.
• Organise advisory boards and scientific roundtables with external experts.
• Attend key scientific congresses to engage opinion leaders and stay current on scientific advances.
• Review investigator‑initiated study proposals and manage requests in line with SOPs.
• Support publication requests from physicians and investigators.
• Ensure compliance with international, EU and local legal, regulatory and ethical requirements.
• Provide strategic scientific insight to leadership and brand teams.
• Advise speakers for congresses, symposia and other scientific events.
• Support creation and delivery of scientific training and materials.
• Review and approve promotional materials within area of expertise.
