Mechanical Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Engineer to lead the design and development of advanced multidisciplinary systems, from concept definition through product realization. You will own the mechanical solution development, applying strong technical depth and engineering rigor to meet program objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead subsystem development plans, translating customer and system requirements into structured engineering execution while aligning with overall program goals.
• Perform detailed mechanical design activities, including concept development, calculations, tolerance analysis, material selection, and design optimization.
• Support multidisciplinary integration, ensuring synchronization between mechanical, electrical, software, and system elements.
• Participate in design reviews and technical discussions, presenting engineering approaches, trade‑offs, risks, and mitigation strategies.
• Utilize simulation and analytical tools to validate designs and ensure compliance with performance, reliability, and environmental requirements.

Required profile

• BSc or MSc in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 7 years of professional experience in mechanical design and development.
• Proven R&D experience within a multidisciplinary organization.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
