Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to join Xtra‑Mile’s dynamic team. The role focuses on developing and executing marketing strategies for our diverse portfolio of high‑tech, startup, medical and software clients. You will work closely with senior executives and decision‑makers across local and international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement marketing strategies tailored to Xtra‑Mile’s clientele.
• Create and maintain marketing infrastructures that support campaign execution.
• Plan, launch and optimise digital and marketing‑automation campaigns.
• Produce a variety of marketing content, including webinars, blog posts, email newsletters, videos and other assets.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing roles such as budgeter, marketer or marketing assistant.
• Background in high‑tech or B2B environments is a strong advantage.
• Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and tools is a plus.
• High‑level proficiency in English.
