About the role
Lime & Lou, a custom home décor and gifting boutique, is seeking a Marketing Site Manager to lead product launches and optimise the online shopping experience. This full‑time position is based in the Tel Aviv area and focuses on creating compelling product and category pages.
Key responsibilities
- Set up new products in the website catalog and ensure accurate information.
- Collaborate with designers to produce high‑quality mockups and photography.
- Write persuasive marketing titles and product descriptions.
- Analyse competition, market trends, customer behaviour and product potential.
- Improve site navigation and user‑funnel based on data insights.
- Define and execute strategic promotion plans for products.
- Optimise pricing, upsells and average order value.
- Conduct A/B testing and personalise content for target audiences.
Required profile
- Understanding of customer psychology and user‑experience principles.
- Experience in product page optimisation.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent time‑management and project‑prioritisation skills.
- High‑level English proficiency.
