Marketing Assistant

About the role

SPEEDATA is looking for an organized, creative, and proactive assistant to support our marketing, communications, and administrative activities. Working directly with the Chief Administration Officer, you’ll help create content, prepare visual materials, maintain our digital presence, and keep projects and day‑to‑day tasks moving. This is an entry‑level opportunity for someone with strong writing skills, a good visual eye, and an interest in technology.

Key responsibilities

• Work with sales and product teams to prepare and maintain customer‑facing presentations, company overviews, and supporting materials.
• Draft and prepare LinkedIn posts, company news, and other marketing content; maintain the content calendar and coordinate approvals and publishing.
• Create and update presentations, brochures, simple graphics, and branded materials using Canva, PowerPoint, and existing templates.
• Keep website content, news, and company information current, coordinating updates with relevant teams and external providers.
• Assist with email campaigns and other marketing initiatives, including content preparation, contact‑list organization, and basic performance tracking.
• Ensure all materials follow brand guidelines and maintain an organized collection of approved templates, images, and content.

Required profile

• Up to two years of relevant experience (internships, student roles, personal projects count).
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, and reliable follow‑through.
• Creative eye with practical experience using Canva and PowerPoint.
• Interest in content, social media, and digital marketing.
• Comfort learning new tools and working with technical subject matter; familiarity with website editing or email marketing tools is a plus.
