Market Intelligence Representative – French Speaker (Inbound SDR)

About the role

Join Similarweb as a Market Intelligence Representative (MIR) and be the first point of contact for inbound prospects using our free product. You will showcase the value of our digital intelligence solutions and turn curious users into qualified sales opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls, chats, and contact‑form submissions to qualify prospects.
• Identify and share relevant insights from Similarweb data that demonstrate product value.
• Communicate insights verbally or via email to nurture interest.
• Schedule a set number of meetings between qualified prospects and sales managers.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to design campaigns that highlight the benefits of our insights.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and French.
• Strong work ethic with a focus on relationship building.
• Previous experience in customer‑facing or marketing roles is a plus.
• Ability to work Monday‑Friday in an office environment.
• Additional language skills are a bonus.
