About the role

ZOLL Itamar is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to ensure the reliability of production equipment, tools, fixtures, and infrastructure for its home sleep apnea test devices. The role focuses on preventive and corrective maintenance within a fast‑growing medical‑device manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production machinery, tools, and fixtures.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and operational issues affecting production.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
• Manage calibration activities, keep calibration records up to date, and ensure equipment meets required standards.
• Assemble and maintain fixtures and testers used in the manufacturing process.

Required profile

• Electrical Practical Engineer qualification.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar maintenance role.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency in Hebrew (reading & writing) and English.
• On‑site work in Caesarea, Israel, five days a week.

Required skills

• Technical drawing interpretation.
• Mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic troubleshooting.
• Calibration management and record‑keeping.
• Fixture and tester assembly.
• Use of technical tools and computer hardware/software.
• Experience with control and automated systems (advantage).
• Familiarity with maintenance management systems (advantage).
