Maintenance Technician

About the role

MediWound is looking for a hands‑on Maintenance Technician to join its Maintenance Department at the manufacturing site in Yavne. You will work in a GMP‑controlled environment, ensuring that clean rooms, laboratories and production areas remain operational and compliant.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive and corrective maintenance on clean‑room, laboratory and office facilities.
• Maintain and operate equipment and machinery used in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Work with infrastructure systems such as HVAC, water (RO/WFI), electrical, control and refrigeration.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and drive tasks to completion, both independently and within a team.
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) procedures and quality standards.
• Participate in on‑call rotation shared among the maintenance team.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience in clean rooms under GMP conditions.
• Experience with systems and processes in pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership of tasks and collaborate effectively.
• Fluent Hebrew (native level) and good English communication skills.
• Team‑oriented attitude with strong collaboration skills.
