Logistics Coordinator – Inventory & Order Management

About the role

The Logistics Coordinator will approve customer orders, route them to the appropriate warehouse based on item availability, and adjust inventory between finished‑goods warehouses. This role ensures timely order fulfillment and supports on‑time‑delivery targets.

Key responsibilities

• Approve customer orders and route them to the relevant warehouse based on item availability.
• Adjust item inventory between the two finished‑goods warehouses.
• Prioritize and expedite items with low inventory or shortages to meet OTD targets.
• Maintain regular communication with the logistics warehouse regarding new orders, complaints, priorities, and product‑file updates.
• Meet OTD KPI and product‑availability targets while complying with QA and RA requirements.
• Generate weekly and monthly reports and run inventory counts.
• Maintain master data in SAP (MDM) and ensure data accuracy.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in planning or logistics roles.
• Academic degree in Industrial Management.
• Good spoken and written English.
• Experience in a medical or pharmaceutical company is an advantage.
• Experience with Priority/SAP ERP is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office with advanced Excel skills.
• Strong sense of urgency and ability to distinguish priority levels.
• Data analysis capability.
