About the role

We are seeking an experienced clinician to serve as the medical voice within our AI‑focused organization. Working closely with AI researchers, product managers and external partners, you will help shape clinical AI products that are safe, useful and valuable for patients and care teams.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with AI researchers as the resident domain expert, providing clinical insight from problem framing to solution validation.
• Design and lead clinical evaluation of AI products, defining medical success criteria and rigorously assessing safety, accuracy and real‑world value.
• Act as medical product owner, collaborating with product and clinical managers, the CMO and partners to translate unmet clinical needs into product specifications and new features.
• Ground research and product decisions in real clinical workflows, ensuring alignment with everyday practice and improved outcomes.
• Communicate clinical nuances to technical teams and convey technical trade‑offs to clinical and business stakeholders.

Required profile

• Licensed physician or equivalently qualified clinician with substantial hands‑on experience, preferably in primary care, family medicine, internal medicine or a related generalist field.
• Strong ability to reason about clinical workflows, patient safety and realistic AI applications.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑moving, cross‑functional environment alongside researchers, engineers and product teams.
• Genuine curiosity about AI and willingness to learn how modern clinical AI products are built and evaluated.
• Excellent communication skills to bridge medical, technical and commercial perspectives.

Required skills

• Experience with large‑language‑model (LLM) based product development.
• Coding and data analysis capabilities.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMRs), especially Epic.
• Exposure to AI, machine learning or digital health products.
