Lead AI Generative Designer

About the role

This is a hands‑on leadership role focused on creating high‑quality, realistic, and consistent AI‑generated visual content at scale. You will own the quality of generated images while continuously improving realism, visual polish, approval rates, and business impact.

Key responsibilities

• Own the quality and consistency of AI‑generated visual content across production workflows.
• Build and optimise scalable generative AI image‑production pipelines using tools such as Nano Banana Pro, Flux, ChatGPT, ComfyUI, WaveSpeed, and emerging technologies.
• Design, maintain and automate repeatable ComfyUI workflows for batch generation and processing.
• Integrate APIs, n8n, scripts and AI‑assisted coding to reduce manual effort and increase production volume.
• Research, evaluate and run experiments on new generative AI models, tools and techniques to improve speed, cost‑efficiency and visual quality.

Required profile

• Strong hands‑on experience producing realistic visual content with generative AI.
• Senior‑level ownership with the ability to operate independently and design processes rather than one‑off solutions.
• Highly developed visual taste, eye for detail and deep understanding of realism, anatomy, lighting and composition.
• Excellent problem‑solving, experimentation and communication skills in a fast‑changing AI environment.
