Lab Testing Customer Service Representative

About the role

Certified Group is seeking a Lab Testing Customer Service Representative to provide advanced support for its Food Safety Net Services network. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality service to clients in the food, beverage, dietary supplement, cosmetics, and related industries.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update Client Master Files, ensuring accurate customer profiles.
• Collaborate directly with clients, technical teams, and sales to guarantee timely and efficient service.
• Handle daily inbound phone calls, emails, and Microsoft Teams inquiries, resolving complex issues.
• Provide proactive communication and support to customers and internal teams.
• Own case resolution, contribute to process improvements, and participate in team training.

Required profile

• Experience handling complex customer inquiries in a regulated industry.
• Strong product knowledge of laboratory testing services.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities across phone, email, Teams, and in‑person interactions.
• Ability to work independently while supporting field sales and laboratory operations.
