About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Technical Recruiter to join our growing talent acquisition team. This entry‑level position offers a fast‑track into tech recruitment, allowing you to learn the full hiring cycle while supporting a variety of technology roles.

Key responsibilities

• Source, screen and shortlist candidates for diverse technology positions.
• Conduct phone interviews, assess fit, and guide candidates through each recruitment stage.
• Publish job openings and manage postings in recruitment systems.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers and the recruitment team to understand hiring needs.
• Maintain candidate records and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Human Resources or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Previous sales experience is a strong advantage.
• High motivation, initiative and the capacity to work independently in a dynamic environment.
