Junior Tech Recruiter (No experience needed)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Junior Tech Recruiter to join our fast‑growing team in Ramat Gan. This entry‑level position is ideal for candidates who are passionate about people, technology and building professional connections, and it requires no prior recruitment experience.

Key responsibilities

• Publish job openings on social media platforms and company channels.
• Source and identify potential candidates for technology‑focused roles.
• Conduct initial phone interviews to assess fit and interest.
• Utilise advanced recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems to manage the hiring pipeline.
• Collaborate with senior recruiters and hiring managers throughout the hiring process.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Behavioral Sciences, Social Sciences, Psychology, Sociology, Communication or a related field.
• Experience in sales is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Strong learning ability, good time‑management and goal‑orientation.
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
