Key responsibilities

• Post job openings on social media platforms and other channels.
• Source and identify potential candidates for technical roles.
• Conduct initial phone interviews to assess fit.
• Utilise advanced recruitment tools and systems to manage the hiring pipeline.
• Collaborate with senior recruiters and hiring managers to refine candidate selection.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Behavioral Sciences, Social Sciences, Psychology, Sociology, or Communication.
• Experience in sales is an advantage.
• Strong learning ability, time‑management skills and goal orientation.
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
