Junior Social Media & Communities Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Social Media & Communities Manager to join Profisea’s marketing team. This entry‑level position offers the chance to work with a fast‑growing DevOps and cloud company that partners with AWS, Google Cloud, Azure and Oracle, and to engage directly with a professional audience of CTOs, VPs of R&D and other tech leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and grow Profisea’s presence on LinkedIn and additional social platforms.
• Produce and curate content tailored to a technical audience.
• Manage and expand digital communities, including an executive WhatsApp group.
• Leverage advanced AI tools for content creation and marketing automation.
• Support campaigns, events, conferences, roundtables and executive dinners.
• Collaborate with sales and business development to refine positioning and messaging.

Required profile

• A genuine passion for marketing and community building.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Enthusiasm for social media, content creation and emerging AI technologies.
• Creativity, initiative, curiosity and a desire to learn.
• Students in their final year or recent graduates are welcome; no prior professional experience is required.
