Junior Quality Control

About the role

Get SAT, a leading provider of micronized satellite on‑the‑move terminals, is seeking a motivated Junior Quality Engineer to join its quality team in Rehovot. This position offers a hands‑on entry point into high‑tech quality engineering, allowing you to work directly on field investigations and continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead failure investigations in the field, generate event reports and monitor CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions) implementation.
• Write, update and implement work procedures, work instructions and quality‑controlled forms within the existing quality infrastructure.
• Monitor process metrics (KPIs), analyse database trends and produce insights to drive continuous improvement.
• Consolidate Lessons Learned processes and conduct quality training sessions for employees and managers.

Required profile

• 4th‑year Engineering student (Materials, Chemical or equivalent) with at least one year remaining, or a recent graduate with a B.Sc. in Engineering.
• Availability for at least three full workdays per week (for students).
• Proactive mindset with high independence and ability to collaborate across interfaces.
• Strong analytical skills, capable of working with data, identifying trends and drawing structured conclusions.
• High‑level English proficiency (reading, writing and drafting procedures).
• Excellent Office skills with a strong emphasis on Excel.
