Junior Project Manager

About the role

We are a global consumer goods company focused on innovative products for babies, children, and parents. As we expand our Product team, we are looking for a motivated Junior Project Manager to support product‑related projects and cross‑functional initiatives from planning through implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Initiate, plan, and manage small‑scale projects across different stages of the product lifecycle.
• Support Product Managers in driving projects from planning through execution while ensuring timely delivery.
• Coordinate cross‑functional activities with multiple departments to keep projects on track.
• Drive operational and infrastructure initiatives that improve team efficiency.
• Manage and maintain product SKUs and related product data, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Create, maintain, and organize project documentation.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows and implement new processes.
• Track project progress, follow up on action items, and help ensure milestones and deadlines are achieved.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance collaboration, efficiency, and project execution.

Required profile

• Up to 2 years of experience in Project Management, Product Management, PMO, Operations, or a similar coordination role.
• Experience in the consumer goods industry is a significant advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering & Management, Industrial Design, or a related field is an advantage.
• Very good written and spoken English.
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, hands‑on approach with a willingness to learn and take ownership.

Required skills

• Experience with Monday.com or similar project management tools (advantage).
