Junior Legal Counsel – Corporate & Commercial

About the role

Medison is seeking a motivated Junior Legal Counsel to support its corporate, commercial, and operational activities. The role involves providing comprehensive legal assistance, drafting and negotiating agreements, and ensuring regulatory compliance across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Draft and review a wide range of commercial agreements.
• Prepare and update governance documents.
• Support internal and external audits as well as due‑diligence questionnaires.
• Provide actionable legal advice to internal stakeholders.
• Maintain and update legal templates, guidance documents, internal repositories, and structured legal guidelines.

Required profile

• LL.B. and a valid license to practice law in Israel.
• 2‑3 years of experience in a leading law firm or in‑house legal department supporting commercial operations.
• Proven experience drafting and negotiating commercial agreements.
• Professional fluency in Hebrew and English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with the pharmaceutical industry is an advantage.
• Strong professional ethics, analytical skills, and ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously.
• Effective stakeholder management and communication abilities.
