Junior Guest Operations Representative

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Guest Operations Representative to join Ontopo’s guest support team. In this entry‑level, on‑site position you will be the first point of contact for diners using our platform, helping them resolve issues and ensuring a smooth dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, professional, and empathetic front‑line support to guests via chat, email or phone.
• Prioritise and manage daily workload independently, balancing real‑time guest care with operational tasks.
• Monitor alerts and escalations, identifying recurring problems and notifying management when patterns emerge.
• Navigate the app from a guest perspective, test new features, and deliver usability feedback to product and tech teams.
• Develop and refine simple operational tools, response macros and processes to improve response quality and efficiency.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in operations, customer support or a guest‑facing role within a tech or digital platform.
• Strong customer‑centric mindset with a proactive, “do‑er” attitude.
• High independence, accountability and ability to organise your own daily routine without micromanagement.
