Junior Content & Editorial Manager

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Content & Editorial Manager to lead a small team of writers, ensure high‑quality output, and keep our editorial calendar on track. You will shape the voice of our brand while collaborating closely with designers and data analysts.

Key responsibilities

• Assign topics, review drafts, and maintain schedule and brand consistency for a team of writers.
• Edit articles for grammar, clarity, consistency, and factual accuracy before publication.
• Craft compelling headlines and choose on‑brand header or thumbnail images.
• Analyze performance metrics (pageviews, engagement) to identify resonant topics and propose new ideas.
• Write original short‑form content that aligns with the established voice and tone.

Required profile

• Fluent, native‑level English.
• Excellent writing and editing abilities with strong attention to grammar and clarity.
• A fact‑checking instinct; you verify claims rather than accept them at face value.
• Comfortable using data to guide editorial decisions.
• Good visual sense for selecting images that capture attention.
• Ability to adopt an established tone quickly.
• Strong time‑management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
