IT & Systems Specialist (Solo)

About the role

We are a profitable B2B product company in the Data & AI space, looking for a dedicated IT & Systems Specialist to join our high‑caliber team of 30 professionals. Working on a hybrid model (2 days remote per week), you will be the sole point of contact for all corporate IT needs, reporting directly to the Head of R&D and collaborating closely with the DevOps team.

Key responsibilities

• Provide end‑to‑end IT support, including user onboarding/offboarding and hardware procurement across Windows, macOS, and Linux environments.
• Manage corporate IT infrastructure, VPN access, and network connectivity for both local and remote employees.
• Administer the data centre, scale infrastructure, and expand GPU clusters to meet AI/Data workload demands.
• Implement and enforce security procedures, access controls, and system maintenance protocols.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience in IT Systems Administration or IT Support.
• Proven background as an IT Helpdesk Engineer or System Administrator.
• Strong foundational knowledge of networking fundamentals (routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs).
• Practical understanding of information security, identity management, and endpoint protection.
• Experience with data‑centre management, cloud infrastructure, or GPU‑accelerated environments is a plus.
