IT Enterprise Systems Support Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an IT Enterprise Systems Support Engineer to join Cross River’s Enterprise Systems Support team. The engineer will be the first point of contact for roughly 200 employees, delivering high‑quality technical assistance across a range of platforms and devices in a fast‑moving financial‑technology environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide phone, email, chat, remote and on‑site support for Windows 11, macOS, iOS and Android users, meeting SLA targets.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking and connectivity issues for laptops, desktops, peripherals and mobile devices.
• Manage tickets in the service‑desk system, ensuring accurate documentation and proactive communication.
• Support and maintain Cisco and Fortinet network equipment, Amazon WorkSpaces, Microsoft Intune, Jamf, SCCM and Windows Autopilot deployments.
• Deliver operational support for conference‑room AV systems, telephony and office security technologies.
• Lead endpoint lifecycle activities including provisioning, OS deployments, upgrades, asset tracking and warranty coordination.
• Create and update knowledge‑base articles, troubleshooting guides and FAQs.
