Investment Manager – Private Equity

About the role

We are seeking an Investment Manager to join a leading private investment group and support a major U.S.-focused private equity fund. The role combines deep analytical work with direct investor interaction, requiring a strong accounting foundation and investment expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive understanding of the fund, its portfolio, strategy and underlying assets.
• Analyze and monitor fund performance, returns and key financial metrics.
• Review financial statements, investment reports and connect numbers to business performance.
• Provide detailed analysis and professional responses to complex fund‑related questions.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for investors on financial and investment matters.
• Manage ongoing investor communication and support onboarding processes.
• Participate actively in fundraising activities, including investor meetings and due diligence.
• Collaborate with senior investment professionals, finance teams and partners in Israel and the U.S.

Required profile

• Experience in private equity, private markets or investment funds (highly preferred).
• CPA qualification (strong advantage).
• Background in economic departments, valuation, transaction services or financial advisory.
• Deep understanding of financial statements, investment performance and returns.
• Strong analytical and numerical capabilities with a top‑down investment perspective.
• Familiarity with fund structures and private‑market investments.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Professionalism, intellectual curiosity, ownership and attention to detail.
