Inventory & Logistics Analyst

About the role

West is seeking an Inventory & Logistics Analyst to join its onsite team. The role focuses on maintaining accurate inventory records, supporting cycle counts, and providing data‑driven insights for global inventory forums. You will work closely with logistics, transportation, warehousing, and procurement functions to ensure smooth supply‑chain operations.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and record all inventory transactions in SAP daily, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate weekly, monthly, and quarterly cycle counts across all warehouse locations, including subcontractors.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies, collaborate with Finance, and resolve variances.
• Represent the site logistics team in monthly global inventory forums, presenting risks, insights, and action plans.
• Address MRB and QA‑related inventory issues and ensure proper disposition.
• Analyze slow‑moving, excess, and obsolete stock trends and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain master data accuracy (material status, location, parameters) in SAP.
• Support logistics operations by liaising with transportation, warehousing, and procurement teams.
• Track inventory KPIs, prepare dashboards, and present reports to management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of experience in logistics or inventory management.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work under pressure.

Required skills

• SAP (ERP system) proficiency.
• Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• High analytical and data‑driven skills.
