International Subsidiaries Controller

About the role

Tosaf is seeking an International Subsidiaries Controller to join its Group Finance team. The role involves overseeing financial reporting, controls, and cash management across the company’s global subsidiaries, ensuring compliance with IFRS and supporting strategic initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, review and analyse monthly reporting packages from all group companies.
• Develop and maintain financial controls over accounts receivable, payable, inventory, payroll and bookkeeping processes.
• Monitor cash flows, credit facilities, banking activities and supplier payments.
• Prepare and present management reports and profitability analyses.
• Lead cross‑functional projects and process‑improvement initiatives.
• Prepare and review annual consolidated financial statements in line with IFRS.
• Liaise with local tax advisors and external auditors.
• Participate in M&A transactions and post‑acquisition financial integration.

Required profile

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification.
• Minimum 3 years of post‑qualification experience as a Controller or Assistant Controller in a global company.
• Experience working with overseas subsidiaries and international taxation.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial statement consolidation.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Advanced Excel proficiency and strong analytical skills.
• Willingness to travel internationally and work on‑site.
