International Planning, Control & Shipping Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking an International Planning, Control & Shipping Coordinator to manage and optimise our export operations across air and sea routes. The role involves overseeing the full shipping lifecycle, ensuring shipments reach their international destinations efficiently and on time.

Key responsibilities

• Full responsibility for planning and controlling international export processes by sea and air.
• End‑to‑end management of shipping, including shipment planning, coordination with logistics providers and suppliers, and tracking deliveries to international territories.
• Ongoing monitoring and control of shipments to ensure timely delivery and smooth execution of export processes.
• Regular reporting to the International Operations Manager.

Required profile

• Previous experience in international shipping with a focus on export.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Strong ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Analytical mindset capable of interpreting data and drawing conclusions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering & Management (advantage).
