About the role

PassportCard Group is seeking an experienced Internal Auditor to join its Internal Audit Department. The role focuses on the insurance domain, covering underwriting, claims, and payment processes, and requires strong analytical and creative thinking in a dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct internal audits within the insurance sector, emphasizing underwriting, claims, and payment workflows.
• Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to identify exceptions, risks, and emerging trends.
• Critically assess existing processes and propose innovative improvements.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and ensure compliance with evolving regulatory requirements.
• Prepare high‑quality audit reports and present findings and recommendations to senior management.
• Collaborate closely with multiple internal stakeholders in a changing organizational environment.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an Internal Auditor in the insurance industry (mandatory).
• In‑depth knowledge of the financial services sector (advantage).
• High‑level critical and creative thinking with the ability to challenge assumptions.
• Intellectual flexibility, professional curiosity, and rapid adaptation to technology and regulatory changes.
• Excellent writing, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
