In‑field Medical Advisor

About the role

As an In‑field Medical Advisor at CSL Israel, you will act as the scientific bridge between the company and the healthcare community. You will engage with key opinion leaders, support clinical studies, and provide medical expertise to internal teams to drive product understanding and strategic planning.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and healthcare professionals to communicate the clinical benefits of CSL products.
• Serve as the primary scientific contact for CSL Behring, responding to medical and scientific inquiries in a timely manner.
• Lead Scientific Advisory Board meetings and facilitate knowledge transfer.
• Organise and deliver educational workshops, seminars and symposia for physicians, pharmacists and scientists.
• Support investigator‑initiated and sponsor‑initiated clinical trials, including site feasibility assessments and speaker development.
• Track and document all scientific communications to ensure compliance with governance and transparency regulations.
• Monitor competitor activities, emerging medical trends and healthcare developments.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align medical, commercial and operational strategies.

Required profile

• University degree (MD, PhD or DVM) in a relevant scientific discipline.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry, preferably in haematology or immunology.
• Strong scientific knowledge with excellent presentation, communication and relationship‑management abilities.
• Ability to work independently, self‑motivated and willing to travel across Israel and abroad.
• Team‑player who is respectful, open and honest.
