About the role

Deloitte’s Marketing & Business Development team is looking for an Industries Marketing & Business Development Specialist. You will own end‑to‑end marketing initiatives and go‑to‑market activities that support the firm’s growth across multiple sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research, analyse trends and identify growth opportunities.
• Plan, develop and execute multi‑channel Go‑to‑Market campaigns, including conferences, webinars, roundtables and content‑driven initiatives.
• Translate complex business value propositions into clear marketing deliverables for partners, directors and managers.
• Manage CRM and marketing automation platforms to support customer journeys, email marketing and data quality.
• Create high‑level marketing content, storytelling assets and client‑facing presentations with advanced PowerPoint.
• Oversee internal approval processes, ensuring branding compliance and quality assurance.
• Coordinate multiple initiatives, track milestones and success metrics.
• Integrate AI tools to improve efficiency, support content creation and optimise digital assets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Communications, Marketing or a related field.
• Up to 3 years of experience in operational marketing or business development.
• Experience in B2B, technology or professional services environments is a strong advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong project‑management capabilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Experience using marketing automation platforms.
• Advanced PowerPoint skills for creating presentations.
• Familiarity with AI tools for content creation and research.
