Industrial Construction Procurement Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Procurement Specialist to lead end‑to‑end procurement activities for industrial construction, infrastructure and production line projects within a leading defence organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead procurement processes and contractual engagements for complex construction and infrastructure projects.
• Manage construction agreements, commercial contracts and long‑term maintenance agreements.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of execution contractors and subcontractors.
• Conduct negotiations, issue purchase orders and rigorously monitor project budgets, milestones and schedules.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as Engineering, Project Management, Maintenance, Finance and Legal.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in industrial/plant construction procurement.
• Hands‑on experience managing contracts, agreements and execution subcontractors.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, HVAC, plumbing, civil construction and finishing works.
• Experience handling maintenance contracts and service‑level agreements.
• Proficiency with SAP.
