Indirect Procurement Buyer

About the role

We are looking for an Indirect Procurement Buyer to join our professional and dynamic team at our Bar‑Lev site. You will have the opportunity to make a broad impact on organizational activity, collaborate with diverse interfaces in Israel and abroad, and lead key procurement processes in an advanced technological and industrial environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and plan indirect procurement processes in Israel and abroad.
• Lead commercial negotiations with suppliers and large‑scale engagements.
• Oversee procurement activities with budgets in the millions of ILS.
• Handle purchase orders with manufacturers, suppliers, and procurement subcontractors.
• Lead procurement processes and requests for quotations (RFQs).
• Work closely with customer departments, engineering, operations, planning, and pricing teams.
• Establish framework agreements and pricing structures, monitor deliveries and payment terms.
• Manage internal interfaces, assess risks, and drive continuous process improvement.

Required profile

• B.A. or B.Sc. degree in Economics, Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering and Management.
• Experience in procurement within a global company (advantage).
• Familiarity with information systems and LN system (advantage).
• Experience in import and shipping processes (advantage).
• Engineering or technical background (advantage).
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and multitasking abilities.
