Human Resources Manager – Israel Site

About the role

Keysight Technologies Israel is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to act as the primary HR Business Partner for the local site. You will support leaders and employees by delivering strategic HR guidance, ensuring compliance with Israeli labor law, and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational HR support to site leadership and staff.
• Implement global HR policies and programs while ensuring local legal compliance.
• Partner with managers on workforce planning, talent management, performance reviews, and organizational changes.
• Support recruitment activities, including interviews, offers, onboarding, and off‑boarding.
• Manage compensation and benefits programs, including supplier relationships.
• Drive employee engagement, well‑being, and culture initiatives aligned with company values.
• Maintain accurate HR data, generate reports, and continuously improve HR processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of HR experience, preferably in a global high‑tech or R&D environment.
• Strong knowledge of Israeli labor law and HR best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Fluent in Hebrew and English.
