HR Coordinator

About the role

Vishay Beer Sheva is looking for an HR Coordinator to support the full employee lifecycle in a fast‑growing semiconductor manufacturing environment. You will work closely with managers and employees to ensure smooth recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing HR processes.

Key responsibilities

• Support end‑to‑end recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and reference checks.
• Coordinate onboarding processes and ensure a seamless integration experience for new hires.
• Maintain employee records and HR databases with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and data integrity.
• Serve as a point of contact for employees, providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
• Assist performance management processes, tracking evaluations and annual review cycles.
• Organize employee engagement, recognition, and welfare initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
• Contribute to HR projects, initiatives, and organizational programs as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Behavioral Sciences, or a related field.
• Previous experience as an HR Coordinator, preferably in a large industrial or manufacturing setting.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications with advanced Excel capabilities.
• Experience with Malam HR systems is a plus.
• Fluency in English; Russian language skills are an advantage.
