HR Business Partner – Construction & Infrastructure

About the role

The HR Business Partner (HRBP) acts as the strategic bridge between HR and field operations, providing hands‑on support at construction and infrastructure project sites. You will guide managers through the full employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance with labor law while fostering a high‑performance culture.

Key responsibilities

• Drive talent acquisition and workforce planning for site‑based roles such as Construction Managers, Engineers, and Project Managers.
• Oversee onboarding, performance evaluations, and off‑boarding processes, ensuring legal compliance.
• Provide day‑to‑day HR coaching and support to Project and Area Managers.
• Lead change‑management initiatives directly on construction sites.
• Design and implement employee engagement, welfare, and retention programs tailored to remote and high‑turnover environments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Sciences or a related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner or Generalist.
• Prior experience in construction, infrastructure, facilities management or heavy industry is a strong advantage.
