Head of Mobile (React Native)

About the role

We are a leading technology company building digital platforms and mobile apps for Israel’s biggest customer loyalty programs. As Head of Mobile (React Native) you will own the mobile domain, guide architecture, and drive the delivery of core production applications that serve a large user base.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of React Native developers.
• Design and develop iOS and Android applications using React Native.
• Define architecture, set development standards, and conduct code reviews.
• Drive Agile/Scrum processes and ensure timely delivery.
• Resolve technical challenges and improve app performance.
• Integrate with APIs, backend services, and third‑party solutions.
• Own CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and release processes for App Store and Google Play.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop team members.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional React Native development experience.
• 3+ years of experience leading or managing development teams.
• Hands‑on experience delivering iOS and Android apps in production.
• Familiarity with native development in Swift and/or Kotlin.
• Proven track record publishing apps via App Store Connect and Google Play Console.
