Head of HR – Israel (Tel Aviv)

About the role

DHL Global Forwarding is seeking a dynamic Head of HR for Israel to lead the human resources function in Tel Aviv. You will shape HR strategy, drive cultural initiatives, and support business growth while ensuring compliance with local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to cluster HR strategy and align initiatives with business goals.
• Implement HR plans and policies that foster high performance and talent retention.
• Support business transformation and build organizational capability.
• Lead core HR activities through internal teams or specialist centers.
• Continuously improve HR processes to meet evolving needs.
• Develop and enforce HR policies compliant with statutory regulations and best practices.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior management and monitor HR strategic plan execution.
• Identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful HR strategy deployment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 8 years of HR leadership experience.
• Proven partnership with senior business leaders in a complex, multi‑country environment.
• Experience managing small teams and budgets.
• Track record of leading large‑scale organizational change projects.
