Head of Finance

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Global Head of Finance to own end‑to‑end financial operations across multiple international markets. The role reports directly to the CEO, manages a small bookkeeping team, and combines day‑to‑day controllership with building finance processes from the ground up.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting, month‑end and year‑end close, and financial reporting.
• Develop and implement finance processes, internal controls, and reporting infrastructure.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash‑flow, collections, and treasury activities.
• Lead compliance across entities, currencies, and regulatory environments in several countries.
• Supervise and develop two bookkeepers, ensuring high‑quality accounting output.
• Partner closely with the CEO and business units to provide commercial insight and support strategic decisions.

Required profile

• Qualified CPA (mandatory).
• Proven senior finance experience – Finance Manager, Financial Controller, Finance Director or similar.
• Hands‑on controllership background with full cycle accounting responsibilities.
• Experience in product‑focused companies; SaaS experience is a strong advantage.
• Demonstrated international finance experience managing operations across multiple countries.
• Track record of building finance processes, controls, and reporting frameworks from scratch.
• Strong analytical, commercial mindset and excellent English communication skills.
