Graduate Client Support Specialist

About the role

The Graduate Client Support Specialist will join the ICE Data Derivatives support team, assisting global clients with product queries, option pricing, and data issues. The role involves creative problem‑solving by understanding internal processes and resources to deliver accurate and timely assistance.

Key responsibilities

• Onboard and off‑board clients for ICE Data Derivatives products and services.
• Handle client inquiries via email, chat, Salesforce, and phone, covering product, application, data, and price confirmations.
• Provide timely, accurate responses and support for file‑delivery failures.
• Escalate issues to internal groups with urgency when required.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams and keep documentation up‑to‑date.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and attention‑to‑detail abilities.
• Experience in a client‑facing or support role is an advantage.
• Effective time‑management and organizational skills.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of Salesforce.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Understanding of FTP file transfers (advantage).
