Global Supply Chain Director

About the role

DRS RADA, a global pioneer in radar‑based active protection and surveillance solutions, is seeking a seasoned leader to direct its worldwide supply chain function. Reporting to the Global VP of Production & Supply Chain, you will shape strategy, drive cost efficiencies and ensure seamless operations across all markets.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and align all home‑market supply chain teams from a global perspective.
• Take full responsibility for strategic procurement and procurement contracts.
• Establish and manage supply chain operations in Asia.
• Define, monitor and report on worldwide KPIs.
• Develop a five‑year cost‑reduction plan together with risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
• Strategically manage global mechanics subcontractors.

Required profile

• Relevant degree in Economics, Industrial Engineering, Management or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in a large global electronic manufacturing organization.
• Proven track record of leading global teams and corporate‑level operations.
• Fluent high‑level English (mandatory).

Required skills

• Experience with Priority ERP (advantageous).
• Experience with Oracle ERP (advantageous).
