Global SOX Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Global SOX Manager to lead our worldwide Sarbanes‑Oxley compliance program. Reporting to the Director of Finance, you will work from our Afek Industrial Park site and partner with Finance, IT, Operations and other functions to ensure robust internal controls over financial reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, implement and continuously improve the global SOX compliance framework.
• Conduct annual risk assessments, perform walkthroughs and test Internal Controls over Financial Reporting (ICFR), and coordinate remediation with process owners.
• Oversee design, testing and monitoring of IT General Controls (ITGC), including user access, change and operations controls.
• Manage outsourced internal audit activities and act as primary liaison for external auditors during SOX testing and annual audits.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to promote a strong controls culture and drive process‑improvement initiatives.
• Provide regular updates to senior management on compliance status, key risks and remediation progress.

Required profile

• Relevant professional qualification such as Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent.
• Proven experience in SOX compliance, internal controls and risk assessment in a multinational environment.
• Strong understanding of IT General Controls and ability to work closely with IT teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
