Global Planning Director

About the role

DRS RADA, a global leader in radar‑based active protection and surveillance solutions, is looking for a Global Planning Director to head end‑to‑end planning across the organization. Based at our Beit Shean manufacturing site, you will work closely with international Home Market teams to align demand, production, and inventory worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Lead global demand, production, material, capacity, and inventory planning.
• Drive S&OP and Master Production Scheduling (MPS) processes, ensuring demand matches capacity.
• Collaborate with Home Market stakeholders to synchronize supply‑chain activities.
• Optimize material allocation, production sequencing, and inventory management.
• Define key performance indicators and champion continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Oversee, coordinate, and develop planning teams across all regions.

Required profile

• 10+ years of senior managerial experience in planning or supply‑chain roles within global manufacturing.
• Proven leadership experience managing cross‑functional, international teams.
• Strong knowledge of S&OP processes and capacity planning.
• Experience working with global stakeholders and aligning multi‑site operations.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA considered an advantage.
