Global Logistics Manager

About the role

We are a fast‑growing international portfolio of beauty brands seeking a highly organized Global Logistics Manager to join our Supply Chain team in Tel Aviv. You will coordinate international air and ocean shipments, ensure compliance with customs regulations, and drive cost‑effective logistics solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate international air and ocean shipments from origin to final destination.
• Monitor shipments, provide timely status updates, and resolve delays or documentation gaps.
• Work with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and fulfillment centers.
• Obtain, review, and compare freight quotations; support negotiations to reduce costs.
• Review and verify shipping and customs documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, customs entry summaries).
• Maintain accurate shipment records, trackers, and logistics reports.
• Review freight invoices, investigate discrepancies, and support inventory transfers.
• Assist with logistics reporting, performance analysis, and process improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3–5 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, supply chain, or a related field.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure and work independently while collaborating with teams.
• Proactive attitude with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Willingness to work outside standard hours when needed.
• Knowledge of the Priority ERP system is an advantage.

• Microsoft Excel (including Pivot Tables and lookup formulas).
• Priority ERP system (advantage).
