Global Demand & S&OP Planning Manager

About the role

The Global Demand & S&OP Planning Manager drives S&OP excellence across Netafim, leading global planning processes and ensuring tight alignment between demand and supply. This senior position requires strategic thinking, strong leadership and cross‑functional collaboration to improve planning efficiency, accuracy and agility.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Global Demand & S&OP Planning team and implement the S&OP culture roadmap.
• Design, implement and continuously improve S&OP methods, tools and best practices.
• Provide inputs to global supply planning within an integrated process.
• Enhance planning processes for greater efficiency, accuracy and agility.
• Own the planning systems roadmap (Jedox, SO99) and drive user adoption.
• Evaluate, select and implement new planning technologies.
• Support local S&OP processes to ensure alignment with global standards.
• Conduct scenario planning, identifying risks and opportunities.
• Partner closely with Commercial, Marketing, Finance and Operations functions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or a related field (MBA is a plus).
• 5+ years of experience leading S&OP functions covering demand, supply, production and inventory.
• Proven experience implementing planning processes in global organizations.
• Strong training, facilitation and presentation abilities.
• Experience with change‑management methodologies.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP ERP (required).
• Advanced Excel and strong analytical capabilities.
• Demonstrated leadership and cross‑functional influence.
• Detail‑oriented with excellent problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and fluency in English.
