Games Operations Manager

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Games Operations Manager to join our Product team. You will be the central point ensuring our game catalog is accurate, well‑organized, and performing optimally across all brands and platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Own and maintain the games database, ensuring correct naming, ordering, tagging and up‑to‑date visual assets.
• Define and enforce QA guidelines for games, providing hands‑on support to meet quality standards.
• Act as the go‑to games expert for the CRM team, delivering training and insights for marketing and retention.
• Monitor core game issues such as RTP discrepancies, player abuse and risk exposure, and drive resolutions.
• Collaborate with game providers to source and onboard new manufacturers into the catalog.
• Partner with BI/AI teams to generate and analyse performance reports that guide product and business decisions.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between NetoPlay and its game providers, ensuring smooth communication.
• Work closely with the Product team to optimise game performance, portfolio mix and associated costs.

Required profile

• Proven experience in the online gaming/iGaming industry, preferably in games management, product or content operations.
• Strong understanding of game mechanics, RTP and player behaviour indicators.
• Excellent organisational skills with high attention to detail.
• Experience working with cross‑functional teams (CRM, QA, BI, Product).
• Comfortable handling data and performance reports; familiarity with BI/AI tools is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and experience managing external vendor relationships.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
