Full‑time Cook

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Cook to join our kitchen team at a Marriott International property in Herzliya. The role involves preparing high‑quality dishes in a fast‑paced environment while adhering to our strict food safety and presentation standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients by portioning, chopping, washing, peeling and measuring.
• Cook menu items according to recipes, quality and presentation guidelines.
• Operate ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves and fryers safely and efficiently.
• Monitor food temperature, test doneness and ensure consistent quality.
• Prepare cold foods and assemble dishes for service.
• Maintain a clean and sanitized work station, including tools, knives and equipment.
• Set up and break down the kitchen station each shift.
• Follow all company safety, security and hygiene policies.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of relevant kitchen experience.
• Ability to stand, walk or sit for extended periods and lift objects up to 25 lb.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety.
• Professional appearance and ability to work collaboratively.

Required skills
