FP&A Analyst – Financial Planning & Analysis

About the role

The FP&A Analyst will partner with business stakeholders to drive financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis as the company expands globally. You will support new business units, provide insights for strategic decisions, and help ensure accurate financial reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Perform financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking.
• Build and maintain financial models to support business decisions.
• Prepare performance reports for leadership reviews and conduct variance analysis.
• Collaborate with accounting to ensure accurate reporting and drive process improvements.
• Develop automated reporting and forecasting tools to increase productivity.
• Conduct market research, data mining, and valuation comparisons.
• Leverage AI tools to support monthly financial processes.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in business finance or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work independently under pressure.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Required skills

• Financial modeling techniques.
• Advanced Excel formulas and functions.
• Proficiency with AI tools such as Claude and Gemini.
• Microsoft Office suite: Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
