Forecast Team Lead

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Forecast Team Lead to head Mobileye’s Sales Forecast Team. You will guide a group of forecast and business analysts, ensure the accuracy and quality of demand and commercial forecasts, and turn market, customer and competitive dynamics into strategic insights for senior management.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop forecast and business analysts, setting performance standards and fostering a culture of analytical rigor.
• Own forecast accuracy and process, overseeing creation, validation and continuous improvement of demand, volume and commercial forecasting models.
• Contribute to strategic and long‑range planning by integrating market, customer and competitive intelligence into multi‑year outlooks.
• Identify gaps in data collection or modeling, drive automation, dashboards and AI‑assisted workflows (e.g., using Cursor, Claude).
• Deliver clear, management‑ready recommendations and presentations based on forecasting and market insights.
• Lead cross‑functional forecast governance, aligning Sales/BizDev, Finance, Operations and Strategy around shared assumptions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, Data Science or a related field (MBA is a plus).
• 3‑5 years of experience in data analysis, demand planning, financial or sales forecasting, or strategy/business analysis.
• 1‑2+ years of formal people‑leadership experience.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset, comfortable working with large, imperfect data sets and turning ambiguity into actionable recommendations.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret complex data, identify trends and evaluate forecast accuracy metrics.

Required skills

• Experience with AI‑assisted forecasting tools such as Cursor and Claude.
