Financial Controller – Portfolio & Investment Funds

About the role

The Financial Controller will oversee the accounting and reporting for a portfolio of companies and investment funds within IBI’s group. This role works closely with fund managers, trustees, auditors and tax authorities to ensure accurate financial information and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Take responsibility for a portfolio of companies and investment funds within the group.
• Collaborate with alternative investment fund managers, trustees, external auditors and tax authorities.
• Prepare reports and financial reporting for investment funds.
• Oversee the accounting activities of several group companies.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
• Perform monthly controls and analytical reviews.
• Participate in cross‑functional projects within the Finance Department.

Required profile

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
• Completed a mandatory internship at a Big 4 accounting firm.
• At least three years of post‑internship experience in a financial institution or a large organization.
• Familiarity with international tax matters (advantage).
• Good English communication skills.
• High level of responsibility, reliability and strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to learn quickly, work under pressure and collaborate effectively in a team.
